Mac & Cheese

1. **Pickup Window:** 

Orders must be picked up between 10 am to 2 pm on Thanksgiving.   You must communicate your pick up time with Oak & Reed prior to Thanksgiving.  Time slots will fill up fast and are on a first come first serve basis.  Email Lmoore@oakandreeddowntown.com regarding pick up times. 

2. **Allergies Notification:**

Customers are required to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate this information to ensure the safe preparation. We will let you know if we can accommodate your request. 

3. **No-Show Policy:**

In the event of a no-show, all sales are final. Customers will not be eligible for returns or refunds, and the products will be considered forfeited.

4. **No Returns or Refunds:**

Once an order has been placed and picked up, there will be no returns or refunds. We appreciate your understanding as our Easter Sunday dinner takeout orders are carefully prepared and tailored for each customer.
